전기차 통합 플랫폼 솔루션 기업 이브이링크(대표이사 조영주)는 자사의 배터리 신속정밀진단 기술이 ‘제11회 국제e-모빌리티엑스포’에서 ‘IEVE 혁신기술상’을 수상했다고 밝혔다.
IEVE 혁신기술상은 엑스포 참가 기업 가운데 미래 모빌리티와 에너지 산업 분야 이슈를 선도하고 로봇, 완전자율주행, 인공지능(AI), 도심항공교통(UAM), 전기선박, 그린수소 등 e-모빌리티산업 발전에 기여한 14개 기업에 주어졌다.
이브이링크가 개발한 신속정밀진단기는 사용 후 배터리 진단 시 발생했던 문제점을 획기적으로 개선해 기존 완전충방전 방식 표준 진단기의 진단시간을 8시간에서 10분 이내로 단축해주며, 배터리를 분해하지 않고 진단할 수 있어 화재의 우려 없이 안전하게 진단할 수 있다. 배터리 재제조에 반드시 필요한 셀(cell)별 성능 평가도 가능하다.
또한 이브이링크의 신속정밀진단기는 중고차 거래 시 중고차 가격을 결정하는 배터리의 잔존 가치를 평가한다. 외부 전원 없이 CDS 자체 전원을 이용해 평가가 용이하도록 제작됐으며, 10분 이내에 신뢰성 98% 이상의 진단이 가능하다. 시간당 10대 이상의 차량을 진단할 수 있으며, 케이스를 해체하지 않고 진단기와 OBD 또는 BMS 커넥터에 연결하므로 작업자가 고전압에 노출되지 않는다. 이외에도 빅데이터를 활용한 폐차 성능평가, 공유카 성능진단, 보험관리 등 다양한 플랫폼에 적용할 수 있다.
특히 웹기반 데이터 운영기술로 측정데이터 정보를 보다 알기 쉽게 제공하며, 성능 지표를 통해 SOH (용량 수명), SOC (충전량), SOP (출력파워), SOB (균형상태)를 확인할 수 있다. 이를 토대로 등급 평가가 가능해 전기차 리퍼비시 부품판매, 진단기술을 활용한 보험수리 서비스, 중고차 거래 등 관련 산업에 기여할 것으로 기대된다.
